The Creation of Art
I love watching visual artists work for a few reasons. The first is that writing issuch an internal process that it has no value to the spectator. Watching even the greatest writer write is like watching someone type and periodically check email. The concentration is the same as with a visual artist, but lacks anything worth watching.
Another reason is that I have always wanted to have any talent as a painter or sketcher, but I have none. That's okay because when I watch truly talented visual artists it's like watching a form of magic.
I also think watching someone create and be completely in the moment is really cool.
So watch the video below and enjoy.
